Welcome Mike D’Eramo, Graves Gilbert Clinic’s new CEO

Graves Gilbert Clinic is proud to welcome its new CEO, Mike D’Eramo. With his impressive experience in physician management for over 30 years and dedication to improving the patient and employee experience, we know he will be a tremendous asset to the leadership not only at Graves Gilbert Clinic but to the South Central Kentucky area.

Mike met his wife Beth in college, and they have been married for 40 years. They have three children and two grandchildren. He graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit with a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics. Mike later earned a Master’s in Health Administration and Policy from Ohio State University and a Doctorate in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Mike has been a vital part of several Health Care entities including Henry Ford Health System, MaternOhio Management Services, Southwind Advisory Board, and most recently was the Chief Administrative Office at the Toledo Clinic which housed over 200 providers in more than 40 different specialties.

Missing the energetic tempo of a young and growing community, when approached about joining Graves Gilbert Clinic as the new CEO, it seemed like the perfect fit for Mike and his family. Impressed with the intelligence and integrity of Graves Gilbert Clinic’s board, Mike saw Bowling Green, Warren County, and the surrounding area’s potential as an excellent place for new providers looking to grow their families and join the growing Graves Gilbert Clinic family.

Four qualities that Mike intends to establish at the heart of the Graves Gilbert Clinic experience are:

  • Quality
  • Value
  • Access
  • Consistency

Mike wants to ensure patients will have the highest quality care at competitive prices, be able to get appointments in a timely manner, and no matter what office or provider visited, patients have the same great experience each visit.

As the new CEO, Mike wants to be a mindful employer in the business community that attracts the best and brightest in all the positions at the clinic. He is excited by the area’s downtown development and growing art scene and, as a big sports fan, is thrilled with all the sports WKU offers.

Mike hopes to have the opportunity to teach in the future and impart his passion, knowledge, and experience to upcoming generations in the community and is delighted for the opportunity to work together with Graves Gilbert Clinic to continue its legacy of quality and compassionate care.
