What is the athenahealth Patient Portal?

The athenahealth Patient Portal is a secure online system that lets you view your health information, communicate with your care team, manage appointments, view test results, pay bills, and more, all in one place.

How do I log in to my patient portal?

You log in to the Patient Portal website using your email and password.

I forgot my password – how do I reset it?

On the patient portal login page, click Forgot Password and enter your email.  You’ll get instructions by email to reset it.  Contact Medical Records for support at 270-780-0555.

Can I access family members’ health information?

Yes – if you are authorized (for example, a parent or caregiver), the clinic must set up linked access so you can view another person’s portal information.  This must be done with permission.

Can I still access clinic records in the Follow My Health Portal?

Yes – records prior to May 5, 2026 are still accessible via Follow My Health.
