Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients, employees and visitors. We are now offering telehealth visits, through GGC2Me, for our patients that have upcoming appointments or need medical attention. During a telehealth visit, the patient and physician use an app to communicate via video chat.

With growing concerns about the current COVID-19 pandemic we know many patients, especially those with compromised immune systems, may not feel comfortable visiting our clinics at this time. Our staff is taking additional measures to protect our patients including; limiting the amount of visitors in the clinic, screening all incoming patients and visitors, keeping ill patients away from the healthy and immuno-compromised patients, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting all areas. Our new telehealth program, GGC2Me, will add to the efforts to lower the amount of patients physically coming into our offices. Patients will still be able to see their health care provider through any smartphone or tablet all while staying at home.

Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurers have announced they will cover telehealth visits.

Graves Gilbert Clinic is proactively reaching out to patients eligible for telehealth visits.
