Dr. Debra Sowell has been my children’s pediatrician since Dr. Faulkner-Simmons retired. My older children saw Dr. Simmons for 15 years and we had a new baby a few months prior to her retiring. I was nervous to change doctors after being with her for so long, but Dr. Sowell immediately eased any fears and reservations that I had. She went above and beyond at every appointment, always taking time to answer my long lists of questions and making sure to thoroughly explain any treatments or new medications. Dr. Sowell is so personable and felt more like a family friend to us. If I brought only one child in, she would always ask about the others and even refer to them by name. I could never say enough great things about Dr. Sowell. I am so grateful for the wonderful care that my children have received the past five years. I wish she could be their doctor forever.
