Freda Hubbard, APRN

Freda is a native of Franklin, Kentucky. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Kentucky University in 2009 and a Master of Science in Nursing from WKU in 2010. Freda is board certified as an advanced registered nurse practitioner in family practice. In addition to serving as a clinical provider, Freda previously served as an Assistant Professor at Western Kentucky University, where she served on the Academic Affairs Committee. Freda has many of years of experience in home health, inpatient and the physician office setting.
