Shareholder Pathways for Physicians
Graves Gilbert Clinic is a Multi-Specialty Physician-Owned group governed by its Physician Shareholders. As an Associate of Graves Gilbert Clinic, we will support you for up to two (2) years; however, it is our hope and aspiration to assist you to Shareholder/Ownership status as soon as possible. We continue to grow and nurture Shareholder benefits as a long-term prospect for our Physicians. Here are a few highlights of our benefits package:
- Guaranteed income for up to two years
- Ability to become a Shareholder of the organization at 2 years (or before)
- Incentives include: signing bonuses, residency stipends, relocation/moving allowance

Our Foundation
For over 80 years, G.Y. Graves and J.T. Gilbert forged an unlikely partnership to combine medical and surgical services and committed to the continuum of patient care. In 1941, the first multi-specialty group in the south central Kentucky region was formed. Today, Graves Gilbert Clinic is the largest Multi-Specialty Physician-Owned clinic in the state of Kentucky housing more than 200 providers, representing 30 medical specialties in 30 locations throughout the region.

In a Multi-Specialty Physician-Owned Model, Physicians benefit from a collaborative environment with a network of specialists that facilitate comprehensive patient care and streamlined referrals. This setting can enhance work-life balance with potentially more regular hours compared to the demanding schedules often found in hospitals. Additionally, clinics may offer more autonomy in clinical decision-making and practice management. Graves Gilbert Clinic supplies support and access to Administrative and Ancillary Services.
