
Kelly Q. White, PT, DPT
Kelly Q. White PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS joins WKU student health to provide physical therapy services. She most recently was working at Duke University in the athletic department providing physical therapy services in the training room for the Olympic sports student athletes. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in 2004. Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University in May 2000 where she received a BS in Zoology and a minor in Nutrition.
Her interest and experience include working with athletes with a variety of complex injuries and conditions as well as performance enhancement. She has successfully worked with the amateur, collegiate and professional level athlete. She specializes in general musculoskeletal rehabilitation but has an interest in treatment of complex shoulder and knee injuries.
In 2001, Kelly became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainer Association. In 2005, Kelly became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2011, she became a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) by the APTA, a credential held by less than 4% of all licensed therapists in the U.S.
Along with her husband Clayton, they have two children, Chase and Macy.
