After earning his medical degree in his native India, Dr. Avula pursued his Graduate’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Avula completed his residency at the Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY before starting his private practice in Smiths Grove, KY. Dr. Avula is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine.
