Mark J. Yurchisin, M.D.
Dr. Yurchisin received his Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology with honors from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 1975 and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine graduating with honors in 1978.
Upon completing an internship and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Dr. Yurchisin moved to Bowling Green Kentucky where he practiced obstetrics and gynecology until 2003. In 2003, Dr. Yurchisin transitioned his practice to gynecology and women’s wellness and eventually joined the family of physicians at Graves Gilbert Clinic and is a valuable member of that team.
Dr. Yurchisin’s focus is on all aspects of women’s gynecologic health and wellness. He is interested in discussing the prevention of disease, all aspects of the aging process, and maintaining quality of life and health for women of all ages. Dr. Yurchisin will partner with you in developing a comprehensive and individual wellness plan for you and your future well-being.

Recently Dr. Yurchisin became one of nine Kentucky NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioners (NCMP). Those who hold this certification have demonstrated special interest and competency in the field of menopause.
